Digital Products Policy
All of our stress management programs, wellness tools, and educational materials are delivered digitally. This includes PDF guides, audio files, video content, worksheets, and other downloadable resources. Due to the nature of digital products, which are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned in a traditional sense, our return policy differs from physical product returns.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all of our paid programs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. This guarantee demonstrates our confidence in the quality and effectiveness of our stress reduction programs.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

We will process your refund request within 5 business days of receiving your request. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear as a credit on your card statement. If you paid through a digital payment service, the refund will be returned to that account.
Please note that while we refund the full purchase price, any transaction fees charged by payment processors or financial institutions are non-refundable and are beyond our control.
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for individual components of comprehensive programs. If you purchase a complete package that includes multiple resources and tools, the refund applies to the entire package, not individual elements.
Access After Refund
Once a refund is processed, your access to the program materials will be terminated. This includes:
- All digital downloads, including PDF guides, worksheets, and templates
- Audio files for breathing exercises and guided relaxation sessions
- Video demonstrations and instructional content
- Access to any member areas or online platforms associated with the program
- Future updates or additions to the program materials
You agree to delete or destroy any copies of program materials you have downloaded or saved upon receiving a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
- Free wellness tools and resources provided at no cost
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date
- Programs for which you have already received a refund in the past
- Access granted through promotional codes, gifts, or special offers unless otherwise stated
- Services or products purchased through third-party platforms not directly operated by CalmReduce
- Purchases made in violation of our Terms of Use or through fraudulent means

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges between different programs. If you have purchased a program and would like to try a different one instead, you may request a refund within the 30-day guarantee period and then make a separate purchase of the desired program.
If you initially purchased a basic program and wish to upgrade to a more comprehensive package, please contact us. We may be able to offer you credit toward the upgraded program equal to your original purchase price, effectively allowing you to pay only the difference.
Promotional Purchases
Programs purchased during promotional periods or at discounted prices are subject to the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee as full-price purchases. However, if you receive a refund for a promotional purchase, you will be refunded the amount you actually paid, not the regular price.
For bundled programs purchased at a package price, refunds will be calculated based on the bundle price, not the individual program prices.
Subscription Services
If we offer subscription-based services in the future, those services will have their own specific cancellation and refund policies. Subscriptions can typically be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for subscription services will be prorated based on unused time, if applicable.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly if you have concerns about a charge rather than initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Chargebacks can result in additional fees and complications for both parties.
If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to:
- Dispute the chargeback with evidence of purchase and delivery

Modifications to Programs
